Sue arrived quickly after my call to the ward.
I felt relaxed in my own home and safe in Sue's hands, Sue seem to get in line with my personality realizing I don't like being fussed over took a back step and let me get on. But at the time keeping me informed of my progress and give me support and reassure me when I need it.
