After initial phone call I was asked if I needed to be seen that day I said yes I thought so and was visited later that same morning. After treatment the nurse said she'd back the following morning and she was. The nurse was kind friendly very supportive, her hand washing was impecabble, the way she saw to dressing was first class, all in all excellent member of staff.
