I would like to say the reason why I answered questions 4-5 in the mid range was due to fact, which is absolutely no fault of the district nurses was simply in my opinion is that they do not have the time to discuss with individuals due to the number of patients, lack of nurses and the work load placed upon them in a daily basis.
