I feel that my community midwife Beverley and Debbie - have treated me well and applied 'person first' approach during my appointments. Appointments have run to time and have been provided at each stage as appropriate . U/ scans on time. I feel that my midwife 'cares' for me as a patient and has listened with sensitivity but also a solution focused attitude to concerns I had about my previous delivery.
