Very responsive and efficient as we had just moved house & were not therefore expected, the first visit was as promised the next day after the birth. An indication of arrival time for both home visits would have been better so I could relax and know, if I could nap or not. Clinic appears quiet for 3rd appointment but running behind about 25 mins. * No choice as far as aware?!? If there was a choice Q4 applies & I was not consulted.
