I was welcomed in a very friendly manner. The nurse was very caring and listened well. She was able to talk to me about the steps which indicate in a way in where I felt relaxed and comfortable.

The lady that served me was very informative about the STI I had caught and how and why it was important to get treated the long term causes.
Waiting to be called in could be improved. Otherwise people get bored and would leave.
