I like the fact that, when I was finally seen by the nurse(s), she took her time to find out the ins and outs of my problems. Even to find out a lot of my sexual health history which allowed her to concentrate on dealing with my issue first hand. I also like that on the same visit many tests and samples(checks) are done instantly and results are given.

The care was good but was very upset as the nurses forgot to call me in for my appointment at 10.00 am. I had to speak to the receptionist who at 10.55 am who helped me out by speaking to the nurse about me. The reception was very good and I am finally seen at 11.03 am.
