All appointments were late people booked in for 13:45 but no doctors (told there should have been two).
Clinic commenced at 2:45 a second doctor arrived at 2:50.
Punctuality doesn't seem to be included on this form. It's no good having appt systems if there is no staff.
In most urology clinics, doctors are required.
