The time for the appointments has to be imroved, sometimes I have to stay or wait longer time to see the midwifes, also the receptionists must be friendly and at least leave one person at the desk during breaks and lunch time breaks. Overall everything is good and thank you. Very much for looking after us. (the pregnancy).
