Can not fault the physiotherapists the thing that makes this such a pure service is having no receptionist at all within the practice. That includes physiotherapist, midwife’s, unreason’s and cardiology departments. You expect these professions to also act receptionist which clearly doesn’t work as people are sitting around hoping someone comes out this is not fair on patients nor the professionals
