The staff and receptionist was very very rude to me.

The receptionist did not treated me as same as others due to my ethnicity.

BHRUT staff are trained in treated with compassion and kindness and we are sorry on this occasion you felt you were not treated that way. All staff and receptionist have been reminded to treat everyone equal and reminded of the BHR pride values.
