I have visited the City Hospital over the past year about 10 times for various injuries and conditions. Every time I was treated well despite the staff being so very busy.

1151 n Buckner Dallas TX city of hospitals need not to let their techs come in cafeteria with their disposable lab jackets on that’s nasty and unsanitary.. who wants to eat food or order food with surgery techs walking around with dirty jackets on ( blue) and it’s been touching who knows what

Admission staff are superb, surgeons and their team are superb, most of the nursing staff are superb. However! A few of the nursing team were horrific. Unfriendly, unhelpful, rude and they let the whole hospital down. I will never return to this hospital and will warn friends and family about the care from some of the nurses. It's so sad that a few people can ruin your whole experience. Having an operation is awful enough but when you have nasty, mean nurses that are extremely unprofessional it ruins your whole experience.
