Pleasant staff coping well with bureacracy. Based on our previous experience I have confidence in this service.
Peterborough Accident & Emergency misdiagnosed my broken leg on previous occasion. Didn't answer the phone this time.
Very competent & helpful service.

Was good that I got seen when my doctors are closed. I would improve waiting time and reception area not private can hear what every one was booking in for? but receptionist were very good.
