My experience of the Chatsworth suite was very positive.
My Dad is 91 and has a clinic appointment for 9:25 in 6 weeks time and he is 6th in the list. It is obvious that he will have to wait. I would suggest this should be looked into to make the appointment system keep to time.
I attended the Eye Cklinic today and was attended by Mr Chad K Rostron for the first time. I found him very helpful and understanding and with a knowledge of my case. A very good stand-in for Mr. M Matthews

I have been a patient at the hospital several times and cannot criticise the care and treatment I was given in anyway.
After my op. I couldn't eat solid food. As I'm veggi there was very little for me to eat. breakfast was the worst as they didn't have hot milk to make cereals soft, the porridge was cold and lumpy or toast! Also the cutlery was far to big as I couldn't open my mouth. they were very good at checking you had been able to order/ had food on first day, but the food was poor. I didn't feel like eating much but had very little choice being veggi. Egg sandwhichs were difficult to eat, and no choice of soups which would have been easier to eat for me.
