I was requested to arrive at 7 am for a scope and was finally taken into surgery at 4:30 pm. A ridiculous length of time to be waiting totally unacceptable.

There was a woman that looked after me getting needles done and she wouldn't leave till was a sleep was very grateful and when I woke up there was someone there and checking on me constantly.
