Incredibly efficient team work. A very busy unit but clearly, all was aimed at the patient and everyone had time to help and allay anxieties and fears. I liked the system of rotating staff through HDU, post op and recovery which promotes a team spirit- ULTH should be very proud of this unit. The surgery speaks for itself and is superlative.

There is no improvement to make in my eyes. I have been well looked after and every need taken care of thank you all very much for a pleasant stay and I would recommend anybody to have their op done here, thank you.

Food was nice, friendly staff, could be more staff at times took a while to answer call buzzers, more communication between surgeons, Dr and nurses.

It would've been nice to have more information about what was going to happen ie the beginning of the process - before the surgery was even booked. Also, it would be nice to have someone sharing information with loved when they're waiting/worrying ie the hospital.
