Everything was very well explained all questions answered thoroughly. Process was efficient, all the staff were calm, friendly and reassuring. Improvement? Only perhaps some idea as to how long the whole process will take - but for me not an issue as I allowed lots of time.

Excellent care on each and every occasion I have attended hospital both as an out & in-patient.
Staff compassionate & offer full easily understandable explanations of treatment & medications.
