The nursing staff are excellent very kind and understanding.
The cleaning staff at the weekend are not too good, especially in the morning.
I noticed the bins were not empty and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. I arrived on a Thursday, the floor in the ward had only been cleaned down the centre and bedside tables not at all.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. My only problems is I am a vegetarian and on a very strict diet because I have stomach trouble and have to eat whatever the last patient has ordered, on whatever is available. However, I have been in lots of hospitals and this is the best.
The nurses are all kind and my doctor is wonderful I am very grateful for all my treatments.

I was depressed and upset when I arrived. Within a day my mood was lifted and things seemed to be getting back under control.
It's like a family and full of hope a positive thinking.
The illness is terrible but it's good to be back.

Very well caring all the staff are very nice always smiling and very helpful and the receptionist as well she is very good.
Very good hospital to stay in one big family.

Everything was good 5 star treatment in every way, from medical staff to cleaners and kitchen staff.
Friendly, helpful, cheerful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Can't think of anything that could be improved.

As always the staff all staff have been brilliant. Thank you so much, staff are so friendly, helpful and good and their jobs it really does make what could be a hard time (being in hospital) completely bearable. This has been the care for all the years have been uniting this hospital too which says and about how great this hospitals staff due and how dedicated they are (improvement). This stay I had to stay 1 extra night because although I came early and arrived to see my consultant on Thursday - I was not seen and in addition was not see by the Dr Thurs or Friday which is a shame as it meant staying an extra night.
