Caring friendly warm staff. Good explanations of what was happening. Reassurance that I could ask for things e.g more pain killers. Good choice of food and served hot.

Nursing staff were very helpful- excellent.
Improvement in pain control directly after surgery in post op for patients who do and have - a name block.

Whilst I'm are everyone is technically competent what is also important to me is the care, sympathy and compassion shown. I was not meant to stay and my post op recovery was aided to me feeling I was no trouble despite the unexpected demand. Thank you.
