Post-op ward was excellent v.attentive, came v.quickly if bell called. Rehab ward appeared understaffed. Difficult to get help at times. Physics & OTs excellent. V. concerned to see a staff nurse wearing a long sleeved shirt attending to a patient with a cannula & catheter post major orthopaedic surgery Sr HCSW did not seem aware of bare below elbow policy elderly patient not helped encouraged to eat.
