Safe place and staff to work through emotions or when emotions got too much.
GBT - very useful information providing lots of tools always of managing anxiety and depression. Very caring staff. Have found one nurse particularly helpful and good about pushing me to motivate myself.
At times, with previous consultant the communications between the consultant and the day service staff and myself were very poor.

Nurses are fantastic.
Rules were not policed consistently.
Food is 5 stars.
Could benefit from an inpatient lounge - away from visitors.
One nurse was a great nurse and another was very kind and always had time for me.

Thank you for your review. We are always looking at ways to improve the patient experience and if space permitted we would provide an inpatient lounge. The age of parts of the building do give us lots of challenges!

Good: * housekeeping staff and most of nurses very friendly and helpful.
* Food very good could.
* Beautiful grounds.
* Knowledge of TV front rooms.
* More snack options to be fond at start.
* Dr extremely rude.
To improve:* poor communication at times between dr and nurses.
* Medication and during rounds one poor medications not fully explained not enough of gap between morning and lunch (both medication and meals
* Nurses after busy in office but does come across as just sat there sometimes.
* Pool not accessible enough (time available.)
* Seemed to be different rude for different people.
* Some staff rude at times. Not to me but witnessed towards others.
* Groups too reputation.

My care has been excellent here, I've been treated respectfully and caring. I've been able to reach out when needed and helped a lot by staff. Clean; rats/mice above my room.
Improvements.
Wanted to see my therapist a lot more during my stay to help 'open up'.
One morning, after a really late and horrible night, getting woken up at 8 wasn't nice.

We take pest control very seriously, due to the age of the building we do sometimes encounter problems which are addressed immediately
