Some nurses were brilliant therapists do not give you set times just slot you in when convenient - found this difficult.
Lack of mist, I was treated like a child.
No aftercare despite telling multiple nurses I was terrified and thought I could die.
Uncompassionately told to leave.
Abruptly told to leave because of weight chart. No discussion of other causes of weight loss.
Some nurses very understanding and keen to help others very dismissive and hard to talk to.

Sometimes the care team may feel a patient is not benefiting or engaging in treatment and therefore it is unethical and can be detrimental to the patient's recovery if they remain an in-patient at the Clinic. Amazingly supportive, professional staff who seen to improve patients everyday. Guidance and support in crises and beyond.

This facility for detox.
Depression / ED etc are not treated well enough with 121 care.
Otherwise everything has been amazing. Thank you so much.

Thank you for reviewing our service. Our patient community changes regularly and sometimes we do have several patients with the same diagnosis and this may make other patients feel in the minority.

Specific staff have been outstanding and so caring and helpful.
My consultant is simply life changing and has helped so much some lovely other patients who really helped too.
Intro to all so useful.
And the introduction to Yoga in something I will definitely continue.
Really has been great here in pointing the right way forward.
