My key worker was so so lovely and always made me feel safe and comfortable.
The support has been amazing and just what I needed (firm but completely worth it)

Very relaxed atmosphere. Feel able to talk to the nurses, if you have a problem. As far as I was concerned I found everything was fine.

All the staff here have been lovely, including cleaners, nurses gardeners, etc. They all smile and make you feel welcome. There is only one member of staff who, I feel is slightly intimidating, never smiles and borders on aggression and is scary. That's why question 3 did not get a five.

Wonderful care, nurses, doctors, household staff and great kitchen staff. Five star treatment. Gardens and pool delightful. Activities very interesting.

Care was fantastic- all staff would endorse swimming pool and self harm ideas.

Great staff and facilities.
Group meetings and exercise facilities were great.
Some group work was time consuming but not beneficial. More interactive and solution based group work wold be good.
Too much food and scheduled eating times understand time principal but too much ends up being consumed.
