- Very nice having people to talk to almost all the time and staying in/ patients who understand.
- Some nurses are more clinical than offers (sometimes I felt more like a patient than a person) but I can understand why and it did not affect me too much.

The nurses and staff are really understanding, very supportive, good good and good facilities.
I had lots of one to ones and had the adequate care I needed whilst recovering.
Plenty of space to walk around the grounds and bedrooms decent.
Maybe some music in the main room.

* Friendly nurses and housekeeping staff.
* Regular contact with consultant and/or therapist.
* Varied group programme lots to learn.
* Mostly a good community feel.
- In patients could show more sensitivity towards one another.
- Staff could be more consistent in their approach.
- Nurses/therapists/consultants could sometimes communicate together better.
- DBT skills group is a waste of time.

The nurse are world class. The food is outstanding! Rooms are okay. I wish there were more activities organised at night and maybe a few more one on one sessions. Otherwise, incredible experience.
My consultant is the best!
