The attention and care from the nursing staff was great and they were extremely encouraging and caring. This assisted in my recovery. I had not been in a caring or nurturing environment.
The food was good as my increased weight attests.
I cannot think of anything important that requires improvement.

The standard are very good and the staff nice and friendly. I would not necessarily charge anything. I think that it just was at right for me/ what I needed.

I felt the staff were very kind and caring and that all the support for what I needed was catered for. I didn't feel under pressure. I felt encouraged.

Good staff but can be difficult to talk to sometimes.

The care provided was just right for me. The classes I attended were easy to follow and the right thing for me. The staff was all polite and friendly I felt at ease and relaxed while in the clinic.

The people and the diet is great! The scenery is also nice to look at.
Maybe a games console? For the future patients.

Generally had a great experience and treatment - staff are friendly and helpful. Only criticism is I felt there was a lack of communication between the staff themselves which had a ripple effect to myself which increased my anxiety.
