Good.
Classes good for coping mechanisms, although repetitive.
Food excellent.
Good amazing care and involvement! advice where required.
Excellent swimming post which I used frequently (good for exercise).
Bad.
Took 5 days and fix wi-fi which was unacceptable.
Fire alarm testing at wrong time (11 am) during a class very disruptive and for 1 patient very traumatic (not me).

Thank you for taking the time to review our services. We apologise for the loss of Wi-Fi , this was due to equipment failure that required replacing. We have changed the time of the fire alarm test to ensure it is outside of group time.

Safe environment with structured activities.
WiFi was down for 4 days, why so long?
Use of mobile phones in music room by outpatients sometime unsociable. Fire alarm test should avoid group sessions.
Fire alarm test should not be during group therapy sessions.

The staff were amazing.
Always around if you wanted to talk. Listened well and I am not sure I would be have and alive today without them.

My consultant has been very understanding and caring. I received amazing care from most nurses!
Most have all been amazing! I however did not like one nurses approach, after having a panic attract she left me alone and did not after help, tips and denied giving me me my prescribed medicines.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food and catering is excellent.
Treatment is prompt.
Rooms could perhaps do with an upgrade.

Some of the treatment I used was helpful like mood management, anxiety and yoga.
It would be nice if the music room need better surround sound in the evenings.
I would have also appreciate someone sit down with me and tell me how I am feeling. Also establishing key nurses for the right people.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. The nurses are available to discuss your feelings and offer support, sometimes they are not able to see patients immediately but they will get back to patients as soon a they are able.

The nursing staff were so helpful and caring. The routine and groups really helped in my recovery.
Sometimes communication could have been better, with psychiatrist appointment times etc.
More easy access to gym equipment would be good.
