Everyone was so incredibly kind, compassionate and non-judgmental. Felt extremely safe, loved and wanted- great food-thank you to kitchen staff!

I was well looked after in a very difficult chapter of my life. The staff treated me with great kindness and respect, I felt well supported and involved in my care. I also felt I was listened to.

I felt safe and there were always people to discuss any problems I had. The size makes the cardinal feel very homely.

I missed the pool table, has loved the new aquarium.

I was aware that I often did not complete my meal, this was because I wasn’t hungry but the food was very well proposed and served.
