Group therapy support of staff( nurses ) art and craft.
Other patient support food.
accommodation.
Maybe more nursing staff for more 1:1 time.
Access to animals, eg pat dog, resident cat etc would be lovely.
Help in groups so that we can learn other patient's names.
Excellent, compassionate and capable nursing staff, especially knowledge and medication.
Cardinal is a lovely clinic with amazing staff.
Thank you so much for everything you have done.
I was here at a difficult time with covid 19 rampaging outside.
The nurses were occasionally abrupt (understandable- check note above).
The care in general was of a high standard. I think the experience was truly helpful, but it was just the beginning of a possibly lengthy recovery.
Everything is greaty appreciated.
Thank you so much.
* The nursing staff.
* The therapist and my consultant physical were amazing.
* The staff of the clinic are very nice.
* The programs are good and helpful.
To Improve.
- Sessions that have a practical part. Some of the sessions stay more on the theory.
Nurses are wonderful, but need min 5 per am/pm shift LD sometimes, when understaffed, the compassion deops.
Groups have mostly been great, but sometimes the facilitation has been weak and allowed the stronger patient personalities to disrupt.
Group honorable mentions(in order).
1. Assertion.
2. Self esteem.
3. DBT
Excellent care by nurses, therapists and doctors. Group therapy- the person running the group could keep better discipline too much chatting and messing about.
Housekeeping staff were outstanding.
Great medical and mental care.
Treated with respect.
All priorities met with hast.
All complaints met with hast
Rooms, food, staff all great.
This is my second time and the numbers were very high which meant you got less one to one time that patients need.
Certainly team lots though off other patients which is very to recovery.
* Suggest outside putting green or chop and put that would be good for patients mindset as well as time with family visitors.
Thank you all. : )
