- Staff very engaged and helpful.
- Good very good.
- Short notice about changes to where certain activities were taking place.
- Weekends less structured, however can see the need for "down time".
- More difficult in lockdown, due to restricts however well organised and managed.

Key worker is a great idea.
Loved the group therapy and meeting people with 'similar' issues...
I did not realize I could have two fillings for my jacket potato!! This should be made clearer.
You are all doing a great important job.

Extremely well looked after shortage of nothing.
Care given 24/7 at all times. Very good healthy meals giving me a good appetite which I looked on arrival.

Staff were superb, care was excellent. They were thoughtful, kind and supportive.
Food great too.
I feel very lucky to have been here, at such a wonderful place.

The nurses and all staff were amazing everyone's caring and diligence were second to none and I have never felt so loved and protected.
The groups and facilities are great and have taught me so much about myself. This place and all the people in it have changed my life and I can never thank you enough.

Throughout my entire stay the team have been amazing in helping me through the biggest battle of my life. The facilities are outstanding and the level of care is second to none. I could not have gotten this far without these.
