Facilitators are:- professional, kind, supportive and friendly.
It has helped me with my recovery progress.
I have learnt some coping skills/strategies/tips accepted I have this illness and also that I am not the only person going through these tough period. Those who suffered suffering should open up and not be embarrassment knowing that mental illness are manageable and treatable.
Be open, honest and best if can talk about any concerns I feeling regarding. Lack of choices with the lunch provided- sorry.

Knowledgeable and compassionate nursing staff/ psychology team. Special thanks go to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed].
Groups well managed and facilitated even with revised programme due to covid-19.
Very regular contact with consultant psychiatrist. I felt very involved in my care planning and therapeutic journey. I have a structured plan for discharge.
Multidisciplinary team communicated and worked well together to provide all-round care, including liaising with professionals outside of the clinic where necessary.

The nursing staff simply could not have been any better!!! All of them!! I should not have favorite nurses, but I need to give a special mention to [name removed] and [name removed]!! Thank you all!!
I also thought the food and sessions were excellent!
