The cardinal clinic has been outstanding. All the staff from the nurses to the housekeeping team and kitchen staff treated me with such kindness compassion and respect. For that I am very grateful it boosted my recovery.

Staff excellent and find it a little challenging being amazing other patients at times when they are very { } about their conditions is removed myself but that did { } to some loveliness from { }.

* Lovely nursing staff who were very caring and considerable./n* Great communication between members of MDT.

Suggested improvements
* More warming about scheduled meetings to know if they were clashing with groups./n* Scheduled time with nurses every day, especially at the start of admission.

Staff were on the whole very kind and attentive, and professional.

The majority of the staff treated me excellent, the timetable is good and carried. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were all phenomenal and went the extra mile for me whatever they could.

Suggested improvements
Certain members of staff can come across at { } respectful and rude and patroasiry. ( [name removed] and [name removed]) the communication between psychiatrist and nursing team was poor and discharged scrambled together at kept last minute although this was mainly or cleanliness fault.

The staff here are incredibly caring are really care about your health/needs. I always feel like the was somebody available to talk too. The advice and distraction { } proved really effective for me./nThe groups are well ROH. The kitchen staff are incredible the cleaners have been brilliant as well./nI loved being in the art room so thank you!

Sometimes the groups were guided to repetitive and when you were just given a { } staff to all out I felt like it really was not benefits me to teaching me the skills I needed. I definitely preferred groups were discussion { }./nMaybe are room open more often :).

All staff, without reception were kind at all times. Also, they were very responsive whenever I asked for something with the call bell. Taking me out for walks was great.

Suggested improvements
Questioning/trying to change medication negative, which has taken me 8 years to optimise was very stressful - fortunately, you agreed not to make any change - much appreciated.
