I was given patience and guidence throughout with constent kindness. I had challenging times but was always met with so much care not just from the nurses but the cleaning stafff.

Its really hard to say because Ilove the balance between wellness and thing but there could be more activities on the weekend.

More therapist groups, less exercises/relaxation.

Found the programme to be hugely beneficial on my journey to improve my mental health after the bereavement of my mother. Staff and group therapy sessions engaging and empathetic. Key worker session regular and hugely helpful.

Potentialy more breaker between sessions.

All staff including housekeepers use first first name terms and are very polite

My experience at the clinic has been wonderful. The staff was very kind and supportive, atmosphere relaxing and the food was always amazing.

Sometimes we would not find out when we have seeing our doctor until the day of the appointment. It would be good to know the exact time in advance.
