Overall very good but unfortunately had a reaction to a choice and then some inconsistent medication as Dr. [name removed] who I trust totally was not contacted and my correct requests not to take medication was not listened to / missed one dose of anti anxiety pills and had to extend my stay by 5 days which is a lot of money.
Suggested improvements
No one could predict my reaction to the pill so no have there. But look a while to reset everything and not knowing what was going on was very worrying. Dr. [name removed] should have been contacted sooner my daily medication was delayed by 7 hours one day which is not good.

I felt { } and very well cared for - after me duration of my stay here I feel much stronger.

At times I did find myself caring her other patients with no nurses to be kind to help it felt like he did {hinder} my ability to just focus on myself and getting better.

Great staff, attention to care.

There was not initial sit down care evaluation either at start nor end of treatment, doing a weekly assessment with a nurse to see development.

I have found certain groups to be extremely helpful, lovely people and great key worker sessions.
