You are not treated like a number - feel you are heard treated with respect - as if a real person with valid feelings - feel included in the direction your care goes./nThe environment is set up to be on normal as possible.
Suggested improvements
Recharge just X 1 individual sessions to offload fears/past { } triggers with a nurse (outside I seeing the psychiatrist and psychologist).

Very high level of care I felt I was working with the therapist and nurses to have as much control of my recovery as possible while still being advised and supported on the journey.
Suggested improvements
More sustaining breakfast - maybe eggs could be a daily option? Otherwise fantastic service and facilities. Thank you so much!

Wonderful staff and well organized. Always on hand to talk.
Suggested improvements
Maybe review the sessions a bit more frequently. Thursday pm is a bit long hour movement break I suggested did help.

The nursing staff, cleaning staff and kitchen staff were all very helpful. Meals were of a very good standard. Workshops and exercise sessions very helpful.
Suggested improvements
The bedrooms were in a poor state of decor, the sink in my bedroom was cracked, all looked like needing a deep clean. Good regular cleaning and fresh towards daily.
