The care was outstanding the nurses and doctors were so kind and considerate. (Very good)/nBecause of the time of year, less people, different program, subsitions of therapists made it slightly difficult.
Suggested improvements
The 3 things I had to rate when I came in should have been realistic things I could charge at the clinic. When reviewed, with nurse realised they were not stainable goals, therefore did not more down the scale. In future I think a nurse should be { }

The staff were sensitive and kind. They were able to listen to my problems and give objective advice. The training program helped me to learn and we new skills to manage my emotions better. [name removed] in particular made me feel supported and really helped me to make { }.
Suggested improvements
The windows in the Saucon Barn are broken (will not a late). This made it difficult to regulate temperature in the room. It will also be wanting the cardinal clinic money through heating bills.

Be clear on who is personal nurse. I was told on day 1 it was Vason. But 1 day later I had not idea.
