The facility and staff are wonderful (special shout out to housekeeping!). There were periods of confusion for me with my care and what was happening when, but overall I felt safe and supported.

Clearer instructions (perhaps written) on admission about day to day things such as how to order food, where to check appointment I like to know things to help my anxiety!

Fantastic mix of leading sessions. Ability to mix with others. Opportunity to put in as much effort as you want to do/ homework. Weekly 1:1 with [name removed]. Flexability of team around my trips. Being held to account for shorter term 'living' goals completed. 1:1 therapy with [name removed]. Compassion + non judgmental vibe creating an environment where its fine to be vulnerable/ have a bad day etc. Fun even on the bad days at the start. Structure. Just great
