Review of Inpatients written by a patient
28th April 2022

Service was generally good. Lots of standard computer says no responses to queries and individual requests I needs.

Suggested improvements
Allowed more autonomy where possible, example not being able to have afternoon tea at 3 pm instead of 3:30 pm, being told 'that's how it's done'.

The last majority of nurses were kind and compassionate and tried to give me what I needed. When I had a problem it was quickly dealt with.

Suggested improvements
I think that all made shifts are not ideal.

Every single member of staff from the nurses to the kitchen team were kind, caring, friendly, helpful, compassionate. The whole clinic was geared s{ } to wards helping me and others on the road to wards getting better.

Suggested improvements
I wish I could have seen Tona (TOH) on a more regular basis as I felt my sessions with her were extremely beneficial (I will be continuing on zoom).
