I could have benefited more by some regular 1-1 psychological appointments and inputs. I could have benefited with more appointment with [name removed] [name removed] too.

Ambiguity about a patients well being disturbed me a lot. The behavousr and tone of a few staff members disturbed me at times. Things could have been dealt with a little compassion.

I think the facility was great, staff are very caring and accomodating. I feel there could be improvement made to the actual program.needs more activities and longer sessions. Coping tools need to be thought together with actual theory I did not have any one on the therapy o CBT DBT practice.

Excellent care and care tailored to my needs involved in all care planning. Excellent surroundings and cleanliness. Food excellent choice and quality with all my dietry needs met.

The group session round is quality. Sure excellent (better), there filled by someone not very deep in information and the subject.
