Staff very polite and caring. Especially catering team and housekeeping ladies are Gems. So so nice chef and kitchen on point.

Amazing staff, facilities, clean. All the people who work at the clinic are willing to do their best for all the patients. Yoga and therapy sessions were also amazing. I do not have anything to complain about.

Perhaps more activities at the weekends.

All the staff are fantastic - easy to talk to encouraging, happy to do anything for you. Including cleaners etc.
Suggested improvements
It might be nice to introduce new patients when they arrive, maybe at dinner? Maybe more activities at weekends.

I felt truly cared for throughout my admission. All the staff from catering, housekeeping, grounds and nurses were amazing.

Provide more healthy and EF/DF from alternations.
