When having a reaction to meds, maybe rather than just say take the meds, have a bit more compassion.

I was looked after really well and taken care of. The therapist were all engaged.

The staff were wonderful. The only downside was the temperature for some the rooms but the age of the building would explain that. Everything else was lovely and comfrotable. Thank you for all given help in getting me look I wait recommend you enough. Thank you again.

All the staff were very caring and compassionate. The patient were allowed to fully articulate their experiences.

It would be good to have more muffins as the cake option.

More access to the art room throughout the week.

- Staff are very engaging and friendly. - Sessions are taught and presented very well. - Feel safe and protected in this environment. - Being able to be yourself without any judgement. - Nurses and doctors remember your name and great you with it so it is more personal. - incredible meals. - The place is clean and tidy at all times.
