- Staff double dosed my meds and were unsure of what to do.
Points raised in community meeting were not acted on e.g monitoring and stopping unappropriated conversations.
- Nurses tried very hard to work well and get best outcome.
- Kitchen was very good with alternative meals.
- Housekeeping are amazing!
Suggested improvements
- Medication regulation.
- Monitor conversation between patients.
- Don't do sudden room changes.
