The structure was good and some groups were helpful and uplifting however some are poorly run and repetitive. The majority of nurses are lovely and respectful but a select few can be patronizing and aggressive, and most of the time rude. The groups were not the most helpful, I would have found ones more tailored to coping skills with depression a lot more useful. I did enjoy the art and yoga as they were good hobby building things that helped to add enjoyment to my day. It would be nice to have optional activities in the evening as it can be lovely and boring.
