Many people genuinely cared about my well-being and needs./nDr. [name removed] really made me think and pin-pointed problems so precisely. [name removed] is exceptional and supported me, encouraged me and empowered me in a ways that I would never had before. Everyone needs [name removed] in their life. [name removed] was an invaluable source of knowledge, support and help too. [name removed] was amazing at also watching out for me and really listening./[name removed] listens so attentively which is genuinely amazing skill./nIn fact everyone was supportive and helpful and made the service exceptional for me./[name removed] had really made a difference to my life and also precisely pinpointed my triggers I did not experience such an extraordinary tailored service./nI also had a great experience from being with other 'normal' people with different life issues that made me realize that mental.

Suggested improvements
Sometimes the tables were not cleaned properly./nI already mentioned the managing of the reflective group on behalf of the patients./nIt was hard to get into art and craft sessions as they filled up fast./nSometimes it got really noisy. The TV set up was not the best the cleanliness and sometimes too vocal about their personal problems./nI know I have written a lot but I work in the 'experience' field./nA member of staff licked their finger before serving me my dinner using the same hand which surprised me./nLunches were often bland (plain pasta, rice, etc served - the pot of dressing did not work). Sometimes I received my medication in the morning and sometimes I did not - it was usually brought to my room./nI thought of the CC as a 5-star hotel where everything was done for me.
