The care was excellent and could not be faulted all staff were friendly, courteous and professional maintenance of the building could be much improved and more proactive. I personally got a number of key radiators working much to the thanks of the patients I could have done more if allowed- This area needs attention. Also the trial of a shower curtain in the real study could keep more water in a badly chosen shower tray!
