Share review of Cardinal Clinic
I have had two different members of staff so far in my counselling and had different experiences with each.
For the questions whether I was treated with dignity and respect and whether I was treated with compassion and kindness varied. For one, the consulting psychiatrist, I personally felt this was not the case and would have rated them 2 stars based on how they verbally responded to the issues I presented them with during my intial consultation. I will say however that when summarising what I had told them at the end of the session they demonstrated much more understanding than they had shown during the session and I felt that all the issues I raised were represented in the course of action they prescribed.
For the other, the nutritional therapist, it was an entirely positive experience which I would rate either 4 or 5 stars. I felt listened to and that the opinions I gave of my own issues were seen as valid.
Both did also present me with what they thought was the best course of action and were very prompt in beginning to organise this which is good.
