All the staff at Brook are very friendly and you don’t feel judged when talking about problems or asking questions. They have been really efficient when sorting out my appointments and I am always notified when I need my next one.

I had a bit of an emergency but they dealt with me so well, Clair was so relaxed and kind and made me feel so comfortable, after coming to the brook and speaking to Clair I feel so much better now, the service was outstanding!!

Within 3 hours of my original phone call to talk through contraception options with Karen on the phone, I had an appointment with Claire that evening to have my implant fitted. Was blown away by the speed of the service and both nurses were so kind and caring. Thanks so much! Have recommended to plenty of people
