I was treated with respect by a lovely nurse who made the whole process as comfortable and straightforward as possible. I didn’t feel awkward discussing anything with her or the student nurse in the room and left without any concerns.

The environment itself is friendly, alongside with the staff. The advices and procedure were explained thoroughly so, it was not that scary as it seems.
