When I went to get tested, the staff were all very helpful, kind and informative about what we were going to do on the day and also information on other potential treatments I could have if I so wished. They also provided plenty of helpful information on the pill. Every staff member that I encountered, from the receptionist to the sexual health nurse were very kind and supportive, and helped soothed my anxiety and stress.

Really good service. However, online isn't clear as wasn't aware I had to book my appointment online. I rang opening hours but it said it was closed. After digging on the website I found a link to book the appointment but it loaded a blank screen. I eventually booked an appointment through find a book service. Online isn't clear. But great service and staff!

Chris was lovely and genuinely caring about my general health, she was chatty and respectful. Rather than just asking about why I was there, she asked me how I was and seemed to really care. Thanks Chris!
