Staff were very pleasant and helpful, keeping me up to date with current chances due to COVID. I was given a phone consultation rather than a walk in session due to COVID and all questions were explained as why they needed the answers and gave me full confidence in providing them truthful answers. Once I arrived the place was clean, tidy and well presented. I had to wait due to only nurse being on call but that was okay. Once I was with the nurse she was very friendly and approachable. Soothing to know that they care for us and want us protected. Julie made sure I knew what would happen if I didn’t take my pill and made sure it was her job to inform me that they are always there to call for help. I would prefer ringing up the brook rather than my doctors purely because of the attitude of the staff here are great and they are more approachable.

Maybe have two nurses on every day so things move a little faster
