I came in just to pick up my birth control pills, however the nurse (Julie) made sure i knew everything i needed to know and was very helpful when answering questions.
Suggested improvements
when i rang brook to confirm my appointment that was made beforehand with Lauren, they said I “wasn’t on the list for today”. Lauren did write on my notes to give me a call however didn’t put my name down do be seen which did cause some stress however Julie made sure to see me on that day anyway. :)
